Hi! I got a netbook from my grandmother from Paris that was given by the one who she is working for and then few months later, when I’m going to use it wrote “Preparing Automatically Repair” Then I just wait cuz I thought it was normal. After that while loading it wrote “Diagnosing your PC” then I was ready to panic until the blue screen showed. What I’m asking is how to fix it without windows installation…I mean it’s okay if the only way is to reset it….how?? Should I call an expert? Should I fix it myself? Please help me if you SOLVED this problem with easy way.. (It’s a windows 8…sorry for wrong grammar)
if you can get a bootable DVD with the version you have windows 8/8.1 plain or pro then you can see if you can refresh or reset. P.S. if you already have your data saved then there is an option in many computers to do a factory restore. some even offer to save data if so you will need an external usb drive to hold the amount of data you have now.
