My front and back camera is not working,i’ve tried mostly everything as in factor reset, cleared all my caches etc nothing worked.I think the reason it aint working is because of when the back camera got smashed thats when it started to say camera failed but nothings wromg with the fromt camera its perfectly fine but it just randomly stopped working? Help
Hey, The samsung devices’ cameras are usually linked. if something happens to one, it will shut down the App so that you cant use either. Type #0#. select front cam, and see if it loads. if it does, then replacing the back camera should fix your issue.
