1. Right click “PC (or My Computer)” and select “Manage”.
2. Go to “Disk Management” See if it shows up there. If so, make sure it has a drive letter assigned to it. If it does not show up or you cannot assign a drive letter, try another USB port or another computer. If none of these resolve your issue, the Passport is non recoverable.
