my son went and bought an xbox live $30 card he put it on and started playing a game. everything was fine. H then shut the game and machine off. came back about an hour later. the machine turns on but when he goes to get back in to it this is what it says now.for xbox live. The account can not be used on this consel. he can play regular games on it. Just cant get into the xbox live. Help me pls. lol
His account might of got suspended on band on the console. Try logging into his acc on there website/ Microsoft. Ask him if he said or did anything on there. Xbox can be really strict on there, say one bad word and they’ll suspend you if they find out.
