I have a MacBook Pro with Touch Bar 2019 that has an warped and cracked LCD that does not work. The other half of the MacBook is physically fine, When I plug in a power adapter it makes the apple power plugged in chime. What is the best way to test weather or not the logic board and other components in the other half are still good before spending money no a replacement screen?

You’ll need to find a way to connect an external display to your system. This can be a DisplayPort or HDMI to USB-C (Thunderbolt) dongle, or it could be a hub which offers the needed port for your display. If your system works with the external then you know you need a new display assembly! I hope you are sitting down as right now all you can get is new units which are expensive! 16” MacBook Pro Complete Display - Space Grey, Apple P/N 661-1420016” MacBook Pro Complete Display - Silver, Apple P/N 661-14201 About $1,100 USD!
