I have installed and re installed the printer on my computer every time I install I always do the test print page and it works fine. When I go into my emails or anything for that matter it won’t print. I click print. And a black popup comes up with a printer icon in the middle. It’s what looks like would be the printing preferences. Please help me!!
Go to Files –> Print. Make sure your Epson is selected as the printer.
