Hi there, I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I upgraded my i3 to an i7 870. Since then after the first sleep after reboot the temp sensors are not available causing the iMac to sleep every 5 seconds after that. Any ideas?
Well… You used the correct chip so thats not it. At this point I suspect you either failed to connect the sensor cables back in correctly or you damaged something on the logic board in the process.
