My Tecno W5 lite cracked it’s screen a while back. I let it rest for a while and when I took it for repairs, it wasn’t turning on despite charging the phone in a two day interval.. Was later hit with an explanation that it’s mother board had expired… What to do?
Chege Maina it is possible that the battery is depleted beyond its discharge threshold. Not sure what they are telling you about an expired motherboard. Replace the battery and then re-evaluate.
