all of a sudden, my tecno L8 plus went dark and cant display the operating home screen. it can display power on and off graphics, battery charging graphics but the operating screen wont show. it remains grey. i tried to do rebooting by pressing power off and volume down buttons but didnt work. tried hard resetting but didnt help.
You can try rebooting by pressing and holding down the power button for about 10 seconds and it is still persists, you can go ahead to a software engineer to flash the device
