My internal CARD memory suddenly became READ-ONLY not even flashing a new rom (odin says sucessful after 1 hour) worked. It returns with all my data and apps, and rebooting after 3minutes I thinking about open it and replace the internal card, if it is possible? it IS a card? or a memory chip?
