My TCL when turned on has a red, speckled background, this fades but re-appears in splotches when playing??????? Update (12/04/2018) Jayeff, many thanks for the hints. Here’s what I’ve tried; upgrading software - none available, re-setting all, moving to a different power point, unplugging all attached & re-attaching one-by-one all without sucess.
@halserf looks like polarizing issues and a new main board will most likely resolve this. Of course make sure that you test your TV with all input sources and check your wiring as well.
