No picture, TV sounds like it tries to turn on but doesn’t. Yesterday it turned on after a hard reset but won’t today. 8 blinks of the red LED light. Is it the SS board most likely?
@fmplatt530 yes, your SS board is the primary suspect. Check the board itself and see if there are any scorch marks on the board around the screw holes where it connects to the chassis. Not uncommon for the board to shorten out
