Got the 7 blinking lights. So took off back, disconnected SC board and powered up. 8 blinking lights. Ok so I replace the SS board. Power up, but I still get 7 blinking lights. So I run same test and disconnect SC board and still have 8 blinking lights. Any ideas how to test the SC Board specifically and diagnose if I need a new one? I already spent C$100 on a new SS board that I don’t know I really needed. Thanks!
dudleyrob follow the 7 blink flowchart. Isolate SD/SU boards, if it powers on with no blinks, replace sd/su board. Make sure that the 4 Vfg bolts are installed to attach the buffers to the SC board or it will fail and 7 blink. 7 blink is most commonly caused by:
- SU/SD boards
- SC board
- SS board
