Chosen Solution
I opened my iPhone X to see the bottom speaker. I never unscrewed anything in the phone and closed the phone back up. When ever the Taptic Engine is on it’s a lot louder than it was before. Like 3d touching the flash light on lock screen.
This has happened to my 8 sometimes. It happens randomly when multiple notifications come in back to back. So I took my phone to the Apple Store and they replaced the taptic enginge,
