When I remove my logic board there is a short flat tag (about 30mm long , 8mm wide) standing up from the back of the keyboard in a central position with two bare connectors on the end. What is it and does it need to be positioned somewhere when I re-assemble?

I’m not sure here but one of your pictures look like the end of the cable was cut off did you damage it?
