My Rct6513w87m is stuck on the Galileo pro screen and it wont let me reboot
If you can access your owner’s manual there maybe some reference on using a combination of the unit’s switches (off/on volume up/down) to access a menu which among other selections should offer a reboot option. FWIW, I tried accessing the user manual for your unit on the rca.com web site but no manual to be found. Personally I will never buy another RCA tablet or whatever ever again. If accessing the reboot menu doesn’t resolve your issue, and the unit is still under warranty, I suggest you take it back and demand a refund or replacement unit.
