Whenever I try to turn on the device it just blinks the notification light 3 times. I’ve tried charging it but no luck. Can someone help? Update (12/03/2021) Figured it out. For one it was 5 blinks, not 3, and also you just need to charge it longer it seems. I recommend 90 minutes - 2 hours.
I would recommend you try a different cable and/or wall wort charger that is a 2a rated one. but it is most likely a cable issue. some use 2 paths of power to charge and if one path is damaged you get slow/no charging.
