Chosen Solution
Bought my 12.2 brand new, always been in a case. Then it started only taking a charge when shut off, but seemed to charge okay. Now it takes a full day to charge from 0 to 100%. I really don’t want to buy a new tablet as none on the market have this screen, etc. Any help is appreciated in advance.
My best guess is that a faulty or very old battery was placed in the tablet during construction. It may be necessary to replace the battery.
