I have a RCA Windows 2 in 1 Tablet. It has been used maybe 5 times then put up and not used in about 5 months. I brought it out and turned it on. It started doing updates,etc. Now it doesnt work. It wont let me connect to the wifi, wont let me open most things on my computer for example it wont let me open the taskbar, the apps, settings,etc. I have resetted my wifi and router, i have already done a hard reset. NOTHING WORKS. Please help.
Are you able to factory reset the tablet? One possible way to do so is hold the power button and then volume down button until it restarts (should take 10-15 seconds. It might also be volume up instead of down) See if there is an option there to do a factory reset or any recovery options and use those. Let us know if that works!
