I have a Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 which has issues with the display. Power seems very intermittent. Sometimes when powering on the device, the bottom buttons light up and there is even a burst of music. Other times nothing. Occasionally areas of the display seem to flash a lighter colour, but there is no consistent image output. I’ve taken the back off. There is some scratching to the black flat cable from the charging port to the centre of the board. Otherwise nothing obviously damaged or loose. Any suggestions on how to further diagnose or fix the fault please? Thanks.
I have had this same issue with my tablet. It is charging, but no image on the screen. You will have to take the back cover off and unplug the battery for about five minutes. Plug the battery back in and then turn the tablet on. Not sure why, but this seems to be an issue with these.
