just bought voyager and went through set-up. worked fine, used it for 30 minutes and then recharged. later I powered up and it went to the rca logo and then to voyager III screen. There it stayed. not detecting wifi network now so it won’t go to home page. How can I make it recognize wifi again?
Test it by moving right next to your WiFi modem to see if the network name appears. My Voyager 3 would constantly look for a network with nothing found. I was walking next to the WiFi router and suddenly saw the network name on the screen. The bad news is it only worked when I was within 3feet of th WiFi router. Bad antenna on the Voyager? So Do I take it apart and look for the antenna? Does it need reattached? I need a break down and a location of the antenna. let me know if you find out anything. tom
