Chosen Solution It’s quite a task but I removed the trackpad earlier today hoping that cleaning it out would get the ‘click’ working again. Thanks to the ifixit trackpad replacement guide!! No luck The mechanical click still works but not the electronic bit. Unfortunately the guide doesn’t mention a part No for the replacement (a bit odd I thought) There’s no replacement in the store for this model but the track pad for the earlier model - IF123-020-2 for the model A1425 - looks IDENTICAL....

Chosen Solution When removing the Logic Board this rubber piece fell out and I have no clue where this piece belongs to. By the shape of it it appears to slip onto somewhere. Chosen Solution I swapped my 27" iMac 2019 model ’s HDD to Samsung 1TB SSD. Original aim is successful and the iMac is blazing fast now. I connected it back and closed the iMac. When I powered up there was a black vertical line on the left of the screen. I changed the Lvds cable but still the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated thanks. Ouch! Chosen Solution I recently got a tv from my wife’s uncle after he said he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I did the normal tests and it powers on and has the little chime. The screen is backlit but there is no picture. Next step, would be to use a flashlight and see if you can see any picture, assuming tv is staying on after chime and possibly audio is heard while using the remote arrow keys....

Chosen Solution Same as metal clip piece on bottom of power supply. Where does it go? These are the wifi/Bluetooth antennas. There will be a total of 4 wires there is one clip and a set of wires on the Power Supply, and another clip and a set of wires on the inside of the case.

Chosen Solution have a 2020 MBP 13 (A2251) While replacing the touch bar, found the mic hole under it just above the 2 key. The hole is closed up by the touch bar’s sticky tape so was curious what this is for? For keyboard noise cancellation? Tried photobooth video while tapping on the keyboard and can hear it (does the same on my Macbook Pro M1 with the same touch bar+mic design) Anyway, like to test this mic since I replaced the touch bar but not sure how....

Chosen Solution Just upgraded to the most recent android wear updated and the screen stopped working. It turns on and the side button works but the screen is unresponsive. Please help! Same problem and LG are a pain out of warranty as I bought mine on eBay. Horrible service considering this is likely down to a failed driver in the update or something thats not fixable your self once the update is applied, I’ve opened mine and re-connected the connections and can’t see any issues / water damaged (not that i suspected any)....

Chosen Solution As soon as the system gets electricity, the horn sounds in an off and on pattern. How can I stop this and install the battery. Alternatively, where is the horn wire to disconnect it? Answering my own question: Hook up the battery, then use the remote (car alarm button) to turn off the horn. If the beeping persists because your key fob does not work or has a low battery itself, endure the beep until you can start the engine of your vehicle....

Chosen Solution What cause the fan/AC to keep on going when I turn-off the engine? Rene Roy this will be normal if the fan eventually turns off. It will not turn off for as long as the temperature is still high.
