Chosen Solution Hi folks. I’m happy to say my mid 2007 24" iMac is still going strong. But I’ve recently bought a new mac and I’m planning on converting this iMac to a monitor using an LCD controller board. But I feel like there’s still some computing life left in this old machine! Do you think it would be feasible for me to take the logic board and the rest of the guts and place them in some other enclosure to keep using it as a server or maybe a wireless time machine?...

Chosen Solution The terminal that reads the sim card has Fallen off how do I fix it? From what i can see on pictures of that phone the part that has fallen off of your phone is not one that is easily replaced. The SIM card trey is soldered to your motherboard and would require soldering one back on. (usually more in labor to fix that to purchase another phone. ) Hope this helps....

Chosen Solution Milk spill… since then I have been able to charge, use the usb port on the left side, and headphone jack. However everything on the right hand side is not working… Any idea where the damage is? And what should I do? (no Apple warranty left) you can replace the IO board, the replacement part is about $13.

Touch I’d was working fine but when I got it back touch I’d wasent working. Chosen Solution Hello wizards! I have an iPhone 5s trying to fix. Owner has broken display a while ago but later came back to me with already new screen and Home Button. So I’m not sure if it’s still original touch ID but not the screen for sure. Problem with this phone is that it reboots randomly or going straight to recovery mode. I tried to recover it with iTunes but no success, still doing reboots....

Chosen Solution The touch ID still unlocks the phone but the home button just doesn’t function. The screen/digitizer is cracked and damaged pretty badly but it still worked before. I have opened up the iPad before because the adhesive is loose. It had been repaired for 3 times before for a cracked screen. Ouch, you’ve gone through a lot of screens! I’m not sure if this is your problem or not, but I ran into a similar problem on my granddaughter’s iPod Touch where the Touch ID was fine but the button didn’t work after a screen replacement....

(Keep the charger plugged in for all of these unless specified otherwise. Power CycleUnplug the battery and the charger. Hold the power button for 30 seconds. Chosen Solution TV is a Vizio M65-F0, power board is fsp288-2pz03. The behavior I’m seeing is as follows: TV power cycled during a storm i think, possible power surge. TV would not turn back on. Now upon booting it will make it past the post screen (the bios and recovery menus too) but will not display anything past that. Chosen Solution It is on the rinse cycle but won’t drain old water out? Stacey, when a washing machine won’t drain, there’s is always a possibility that the drain filter is clogged. The drain filter is designed to catch lint, stuff left in pockets and all the other things that find their way into the washer (even socks etc:-) Your Whirlpool washer may have a drain pump filter. If so they are usually easily to access and check it....

Seeing as this is a very old product I can’t find much on the internet, can you open settings and check for any updates? Chosen Solution I recently had my phone replaced by Apple, twice now due to factory defects, but on the latest one everything seems to be fine with the exception of this very thin white line around some sections of the edge of where the glass meets the metal frame. Is there any way to clean this off or improve this? That glue is hard as a rock and needs to be chipped off....
