I pulled off the decorative cover and took a look at the governor tension springs(I think that is what it is) located above the carburetor and no matter what I do loosen, tighten jiggle with the springs it does not change the idle speed at all, sounds the same no matter what I do....

Chosen Solution Replaced the LCD o a customers iPad Pro 12.9, solder job all done well but there’s no touch. The LCD comes but but won’t respond to my touch. Could it be a bad screen ? Check to make sure all the connectors are fully inserted. It is possible it is a bad screen but make sure everything is firmly connected and the ports inside are dust free. This problem mostly occur when tech connect LCD with battery connected and filter is blown 120Ohm 450mA near to Touch Connector....

Chosen Solution LCD screen (backlights I guess) immediately turn on when the TV is plugged into the wall, but there is picture or response from power button. This particular TV was a casualty of a severe thunderstorm. I’ve checked the power board and the main control board - neither seems to have heat damage. The fuse shows 0 ohms on my DMM, so I think it’s still good. Tried with another fuse anyway....

Chosen Solution Am I getting the infamous battery connector defect? Where the terminal for the battery on the motherboard is microscopically flawed making the system not have enough power for heavy loads but can run normally while idle? Or is it something else? It was doing fine when I was reading stuff on it and when it got to around 20% it started flickering on and off, tried charging it up to 70% but it still happens and won’t go away, I don’t think it’s the battery itself as it is discharging normally and I don’t see any drastic dips or jumps in battery life....

Chosen Solution My motor works well but the paddle shaft on the pan doesn’t turn, it’s stuck, I applied some oil and let it sit overnight but still not turning, I tried to with a tool and it turns but very hard that way the motor doesn’t turn it.
