Chosen Solution I’ve tried pushing it in so it bounces, but it won’t come out any way! Please help! try and use your finger nails or a small flat head to gently pull on it. hopefully youre able to remove it that way. if so then use some alcohol on a Qtip and clean out the slot.
Chosen Solution can’t get home for a week will try hair dryer all my tools are at home tried mouth to phone I assume it is going to require full overhaul body and screen are good @ironhorsediver since you do not have the tools etc. for a week I urge you to not use a hairdryer or anything else right now. By doing that, you are going to accelerate to corrosion damage exponentially....
Chosen Solution Hello people, I have a Toshiba 40RL938, which is an LCD TV with LED Backlight. Since yesterday, the backlight isn’t working after 1 second. More specifically, every time I power on the TV, the backlight works fine for 1 second, then shuts down, while the TV picture is still visible if you shine a light on it. Sound works too. That means that for one second in every power on, I can see perfect image, then the backlight goes off....

I have a replacement keyboard, but I am struggling to find a tool small enough to remove the screws. The tear down guide doesn’t show the keyboard removal and therefore doesn’t state the screw size. Chosen Solution Other YouTube videos lead me to believe that they’re small NiMH batteries wired together in series(?) but terminals have some red tape on it that might be connecting the terminals(?) Anyone know where they might sell batteries like this or how someone might easily replace these batteries with out a soldering iron? Yes the youtube videos are quite correct. Those are NiMH batteries wired in series and that red tape on the terminals is to keep them for shorting if the ends come into contact with any metals....

Chosen Solution I’ve search everywhere. All replacement glass shows a camera hole. I don’t know if its the same since there appears to be a difference in the parts/layout between the 7" Kindle Fire HD and the 7" Kindle Fire HD 2013. It is not the same, the camera hole glass will not fit. I just received one i ordered and what a surprise Nothing would line up, it is about 1/8" to short one way and the connection is different……....
Chosen Solution I got a client’s phone today that is not vibrating. It was previously jailbroken, and had the issue a few months after that. Now after damage, no signs of drops, I’m the “first one” in it. (found some finger prints in the speaker) I’m not sure if it has a bad lightning assembly, taptic engine or something else. Chosen Solution For the better half of my night tonight, I tried googling/youtubing/askingjeeves (before attempting any teardown) of the inside of a yamaha mg12xu (or even 16xu for that matter). I can not find any guide or information, just two videos showing the same problem I have. Apparently either a PFL circuit has failed or the buttons went bad and are miss-pressing. I just got this last night (ebay), so I don’t want to open it up yet....

Chosen Solution 2003 zenith tv put code in one for all universal remote. It works, but can’t figure out the menu on the tv or the remote to adjust color on tv. I’ve had universal remotes that wouldn’t work with menu function. Try pushing other buttons to see if one NOT marked menu works with it. You might check eBay for original factory remote.
Chosen Solution I have this issue as well, the TV stays on for about 2 minutes and then the lights go off. I can still see the image on the screen with a flashlight. I can still hear sound coming from the TV as well. d65u-d2 is the model number. I took the back panel off and have some pictures, there does not seem to be any black areas on the boards....
Chosen Solution I saved this M75-C1 from someone’s trash. For the first three nights the TV worked great even though the guy told me there were issues. The next night the TV made a loud white noise/screech sound from the speaker on the left if you are facing the TV’s screen. The sound lasted a few seconds and would happen every few minutes. After that the TV turned itself off. I turned it back on and a few minutes later it turned itself off....

Is this a result of a faulty power supply TV is a Samsung 65 Qled. - QN65Q7FAM purchased 2017 Yes probably a faulty power supply, you could probably buy one on amazon or something for a pretty good price. just make sure the voltage and wattage are the same as the old one....
