The charge for the repair will completely depend on who you take the unit to. I do not think that the manufacturer warranty will cover it, but if you are paying for insurance, physical damage should be covered....

Pay attention to the float and needle valve. Make sure those are working right. I am sure we can find more information to assist you if you can tell us what carb your pickup has.
Chosen Solution Kept turning off u til it wouldnt turn back on anymore. You can gear the power click but now no oicture make sure your plug is plugged in the same outlet from the last time someone/you hard powered it the lights were on and it had sound , if you have audio but not video, then the video inputs may not be plugged in properly to the dvr or computer, but if thats not the case, theres a possibility that the hdmi cables are damaged inside and make sure your port isnt damaged, put the hdmi in port 1… if that doesnt work try port 2 and port 3 and also make sure it is on the right hdmi setting, if you have audio but not video then you know that at leat some of the chips and connecters on the motherboard of the tv are working… that will show the tv still has internal power… if none of this works then you will need to open up the tv and if some of the compacitors are big and fluffy instead of their original compact shape it might be why the tv went dark....

Chosen Solution I replaced the logic board, hard drive cable, battery, and the hard drive with an SD card adapter. It restored and in disk mode was able to load music back on no problem. When I exit disk mode and try to use the iPod, it goes to the apple screen, turns off, and goes back to the apple screen, then turns off… over and over. I don’t really know what else I can replace, but figure someone here probably knows more than I do!...
Chosen Solution So, I had bought a replacement cable from amazon after the original one frayed. When I opened the magsafe 2 charger and tried the desolder the old cable from PCB, I found an epic solder joint which didn’t buzz no matter what I did. After that I cut the old wires so i can make a solder joint with old wires. Now the second problem showed up, the solder will just not stick to apple wires....
