Chosen Solution My phone is dropped and it has a crack inside.it has no display but vibration is istill OK if I press Power on. Probably, screen issue only. So I ordered a replacement LCD display. Before fixing it to the phone, I connect if first just to try if it is working. And it worked. Though, it seems not as good as the original one(finer). So, I proceed the replacement and when I was about to try it after assembly, vertical bars appeared....

Chosen Solution Okay, here’s the backstory: working on my mother in-law’s mid 2010 Macbook Pro 13". She claims she spilled a glass of water on it (smelled more like wine to me). In any case got the computer a couple of days after the incident. Took it apart, visible signs of corrosion on the bottom of the logic board. Removed and soaked in isopropyl alcohol for a day. Brushed it lightly with a toothbrush, Reinstalled....

Chosen Solution NOTE: I actually have the Epson Express XP-310 but it wasn’t listed so i chose 410. There’s a White Ribbon Cable that splits into two and connects to the ink cartridge tray. Well, one of the ends tore off rendering the whole cable useless and i don’t know where to buy another cable like it or what kind I need. Anyone know? I cant afford to buy a whole new printer nor do i really want to just for something minor like this....

Chosen Solution replace battery on Samsung Galaxy A03s Hi, Since the phone is a recent release there’s not much repair information online yet, to help you. The best that I could find is a teardown video that doesn’t quite get as far as removing the battery but maybe it is still useful. Replacement batteries should be able to be found by searching online for the battery model number that is printed on the battery in the phone....

Because my LCD was broken for a long time and it kept getting worse and worse and finally my home button’s flex cable got torn and it fell out. I still have the original button but it can’t be reconnected without the flex cable being repaired otherwise I would lose touch ID and could run into other issues....

Chosen Solution 24" MSI Optix MAG24c I have a thin black vertical line in this display. Is this most likely a panel problem? a main board problem? is it possible to tell? I’ve checked the cable connections to the main board/panel and they’re firmly in place. I included a generic picture of an optix main board- I had re-soldered the power plug input to the main board that’s (bottom right corner of the picture) after it had started to come loose....
Chosen Solution I accidentally used a charger that was 12V and the device immediately lost power and will not turn on, charge or respond to PC when connected. It’s obviously fried. I’m wondering if anybody knows if something internally can be replaced. I really enjoyed this phone. I have other LG devices that are ruined but can still power and charge. I’m hoping I can just replace whatever it is that needs to replaced with parts from my other LG device....

I went ahead and finished the phone but the finger ID and password key no longer works, so my question is if i go ahead and replace the long flex cable will this work or will it mess up the finger ID?...
Chosen Solution Hey guys, So i have a weird problem, i have a 6s that that had already a aftermarket screen, everything was working (inc Touch ID), but the LCD start to had issues so i had to replace it, now the problem is, i lost Touch ID but the weird part is: If i use old (bad lcd) touch id works If i try a new lcd Touch ID don’t work If i use the new LCD on a different 6s, the Touch Id of that different 6s works fine I already tried to restore via iTunes but no success, any idea what might be’’?...
Chosen Solution My touch screen won’t activate. After loading the recommended driver it’s still inactive. Perhaps RETURNING to Windows XP home is the answer. I tried XP Pro and 7 pro and “no go.” Thanks guys and gals! Have you checked under the device manager in WinXP to make sure that all your peripherals are recognized? And like lingster mentioned, turn it on in the BIOS. It appears that there are a few people that have the same issues....
