You can use super glue and glue the plastic back together. The 2 wires are your audio wires. If one breaks,you lose audio in that ear,and without the proper equipment for soldering,it will be very hard,especially for someone inexperienced,to solder the wires back together....

However, in the video, you have to use a controlboard for the computer. I can’t seem to find one, with either HDMI or Thunberbolt, that will work with the Macbook Air. Chosen Solution So I have this spare Samsung UHD monitor model: U28D590D and I’m trying to use it as an external display for my laptop but every time I connect the laptop to it the monitor screen just goes black and the computer does not even detect the monitor when I go to display settings (yes I tried having windows manually detect). I know the monitor is some what working because when nothing is connected it still displays a notification saying check signal cable and I’m able to access a limited settings menu as well....

DVD will play in the background. Try unplugging your DVD player and plugging it back in if you have not done this already.

Chosen Solution Hello, I have an LG 37inch LED LCD TV (model 37le4500.za) which worked perfectly for 4 years but now every time I switch it on, the screen becomes full of color vertical lines (some are 1 pixel width other are wider). The lines are changing with the signal. After 15-30 minutes of lines, the image appears correctly. But now it may take hours to appear (maybe because now the weather is colder)....

The only thing it does is turns on for 4-5 secs when pressing power button+adv-surround which according to the service manual is used for clearing the error counts. Thanks Until you resolve the protect mode, the amp will continue to work as you see it. Protect usually indicates that there is a short in the output section and the amp shuts down to prevent further damage....

Chosen Solution Hello. Water damage to this system ‘08 MacBook Pro 15". Opened it up and let it air dry for 4-5 days. Connect power cord and ‘charging’ light comes on, eventually turns green. Battery seems to charge. Push power on button and nothing happens. Pulled drive and can mount it and see it on another MacBook, so drive appears fine. Mother board visually appears fine, although may have a small burn/fry mark....
