I don’t know what I did wrong. Anyone have idea? Ouch! Not good, did you nick the ribbon cable or not fully seat the connection to the logic board? Sadly you’ll need to visit an Apple Store or authorized service center to have the TouchID button replaced....

Chosen Solution often turns it self off when unplugging from charger If it goes dark the second you remove it from the charger, it means that it was running on the power from the cable, and not the battery. It is most likely a battery replacement, which is quite easy to perform yourself Good luck!
Chosen Solution The red dot - bottom right - is solid. I turn on my Samsung Smart TV; model UN46H6201AFXZA, using the remote. The unit starts to power up, the red dot begins to flash on and off. I see the Smart TV logo appear. The screen transitions to the screen size information top left, then abruptly turns off. The red dot is off. Someone was messing around with the remote just prior to this happening....

Chosen Solution I have a KX88. The midi out is connected to the midi in of a UA-25EX which has a USB into my iMac. Since moving home and starting to use Garage Band the midi doesn’t appear to be working. Previously it worked perfectly using Logic; which is no longer installed on my iMac. Im unsure whether Garage Band has a hidden setting I can’t find or whether damp might have got into the keyboard when it was in storage....

Chosen Solution I’m in Canada searching for a replacement charger port and other parts. The only charger port listed says US and Europe only. Will it work in a phone sold in Canada? Usually, US plugs will fit well with Canadian plugs, and the voltage and frequency do match, so they should be good. If not, you will need to buy a plug adapter.
Chosen Solution My Macbook Pro 2012 got dropped with a cord plugged into the USB port. The cord got bent and now whenever I wake it up or restart it it gives me a “USB accessories disabled” notification. One port works for charging, but I can’t plug my mouse into it. The other one doesn’t work at all. Is this something I could fix? Sadly all of the ports but the MagSafe is mounted on the main logic board so a good bang to the ports can damage them....

Is it the display panel itself or could be the wire connects the logic board to the LCD? Or something else? Thanks. Chosen Solution Hi, I have two iPhone X, one has a bunch of pictures from a recent vacation in which I had no connectivity, wifi, cellular or otherwise – and therefore has no backup. That iPhone X has water damage and does not power on. The other iPhone X is brand new and fully functional. I have torndown (carefully) the damaged iPhone X and have discovered there is no (visible) water damage on the logicboard....

If you are using windows and it is a USB webcam you simply plug it in and Windows will usually find it and either install a driver that it has or it will ask you for the specific driver for your cam. Chosen Solution So long story short I was changing my wifi antenna and volume buttons. It all worked great but when I boot it up I’m greeted with this notification “TOUCH_ID_ISSUE_NOTIFICATION_TITLE” and now the home button doesn’t work. I have to note that my Taptic Engine was unscrewed and it just ripped off the flex cable. The vibration is not causing me issues just that I can’t use my home button and Touch ID anymore, please help!...

Chosen Solution I factory reset the phone, I’ve changed my APN (by going to my service provider and letting it send it to my phone itself), I have gone into safe mode with no luck, and there is no Wi-Fi calling on this phone. sometimes when I’m at work and there’s no service it says I have no SIM card. then usually restart the phone and it comes back. when I make a call it says airplane mode is on but it’s not at all....
