Chosen Solution Samsung LED 50J6300AFXZA out of warranty. Lower left corner of screen discolors, heats up, screen goes dark, audio still on. If I turn tv off and on, picture returns for several minutes, then goes dark again. Need to know fix. Not sure if its the main board, t-con board or something else. Took tv apart, inspected boards, no apparent bulging capacitors or anything else. These seems to be a common problem described in many online chats but haven’t seen the most common causes and fix posted....

Eject your sim card and shine a light down it and see if it’s pink or not. There are usually others around the top of the phone as well. If the sim slot doesnt show water damage, that doesnt mean other indicators arent pink it just means the liquid didnt reach that spot....

How can I fix It? @bbfingers ,Ben, Perhaps the Motif can be opened up and if port not damaged and just loose, it can be resoldered securely or replaced.
