Chosen Solution Hey, So I’ve been working with 2 screens for a while ( the laptop and an external monitor) and everything was working fine with a USB-C to HDMI output. I disconnected the laptop by physically unplugging the USB - C and tried to plug it in again at a different time and it simply doesn’t recognise a second screen. I tried it also by connecting the HDMI to my TV instead but again no recognition....

Chosen Solution I’m working on a undercounter cooler compressor runs but still does not Time for a service call. If the compressor runs but no cooking, there’s either a leak or a clog in the refrigerant plumbing. Impossible to tell without breaching the system, as current draw is small .

Chosen Solution water coming in my machine when not on from my waste pipe sherwoodys , Sound like the washers drain hose may not be correctly installed. You must have the wash machines waste hose elevated/installed higher then the top of sink. Also check the drain/sewer line for blockage and remove blockage as waste water should not be backing up. But i also noticed there was already water on the inside so i immediately remove the battery, sim card and sd card. Chosen Solution What will happen if i replace the battery without disconnect lcd & etc.. It’s harmless. I do it all the time in my shop. But if you were doing a screen repair definitely disconnect the battery otherwise you’ll run the risk of damaging the backlight circuit. A chance of tearing the screen cables but it won’t hurt the phone if you change the battery with the screen connected.

Chosen Solution I lost a screw that connected the battery. (The lower one) But both screws seem to fall back into the holes and not tighten. What now? Did you take anything else apart whilst you were working? It sounds like you have mixed the screws up.

Chosen Solution Hello! I replaced a battery in my MBP 13" E2015 using the iFixit kit/battery. The process went surprisingly smoothly. I might’ve had to move the new battery around a bit one time, but I don’t remember me bending or folding it too much. With the power adapter connected, the laptop boots up into OS X; keyboard, trackpad, sound - everything seems to be working okay. Except the system doesn’t see a battery :) I replaced a battery because the old one went noticeably swollen....

However, the only thing i’m confused with is the touch screen still works when i connect it by quicktime player and pull up the iPods screen i can use it with the touch screen like moving around etc just the display is completely out.
