Chosen Solution hello, recently I replaced a broken screen out of my iphone 6S, i carefully installed everything back im place and everything worked just fine, but suddenly, the touch ID stopped working, no message like “TouchID od dissabled” to anything, homebutton still works.. Then I took it apart again, reinstalled both touch ID connectors one the homebutton and into the motherboard, it worked again but for like 20 unlocks and then the same problem occured… This was repeat like 6 times and same results....

Chosen Solution I spilled Brita-filtered water on my mac pro during a muscle spasm. It had a keyboard protector on it, and a bottom casing that lifts it off the surface of the desk a bit. These prevented much of the water from entering via the keyboard or from underneath by pooling. The touchbar and trackpad took the brunt of it. Turned off immediately, stuck papers in the cracks of the trackpad to absorb water, flipped upside down, towels, etc....

Chosen Solution Never came across this before. Iphone won’t connect to my WiFi but still picks up signal. Has been updated and restored but haven’t been successful. What is the History? When was it activated last? Why was it restored initially? Are you sure you are getting Wifi but not connecting to Wifi? Looks like signal is from Data (Sim), maybe try activating with another sim? Usually have a searching or no service if data (Baseband issue)… Is IMEI Clean?...

Chosen Solution I have replaced this screen 3 times now and every time it lifts near the home button. There are 2 pads attached to the chassis adjacent the home button, one on each side. They are pushing against the screen when it is secured and I believe they are pushing the screen out of the chassis. I also noticed the screen has some glitches when it is raised (banding/ discoloration etc) and they go away when I push it back down....

Chosen Solution Background Several months back my TV was hit with a surge after the only ground to my house was disconnected (thanks, landlord). Even with surge protection, some electronics got hit but thankfully most of my major devices were fine. My 55" 4K TV seemed ok at the time but I have since experienced issues with it sporadically turning off or backlight zones going dark. Chosen Solution Have a mid 2012 Macbook pro (2.9ghz, 13inch) I have a 850 Evo in the optical drive. Whenever i try and install a new OS it crashes mid way through the install. (Currently running Seriria and have been for a number of years on the SSD) I have tried a fresh install of the OS and formatting the SSD with no luck so far. The original HD drive in the original bay has never shown up since I installed the SSD in the optical drive....

Look for burnt out components and / or use a DMM to check for faulty components especially around the area of the power input on the motherboard as usually this is where all the power regulation comes from for the device....

Chosen Solution I accidentally got the display part of my macbook wet and now after its been on for a minute or two, the display gets lines all through it and I can’t see anything. The picture is fine when I hook it up to a desktop monitor, so I’m thinking maybe I need to replace the whole top of my macbook. That’s like $400+. Is it possible there’s a part INSIDE that needs replacing instead or would I be safer just to replace the whole display?...
