Chosen Solution My Steam Deck fell down, from 80cm onto carpet but it was enough to destroy both R1 and L1 Shoulder Buttons. They snapped right from the daughter board, ripping the traces. No way to solder them back on.Now I need a new left and right daughter Board but this part seems not to be sold as replacement. Chosen Solution Replaced the charging port and now the tablet won’t turn on. Attempted to reboot multiple times by holding power button/volume keys for 10-15 seconds in different combinations, which had no affect. I’ve also tried charging the tablet. I’ve examined the hardware to make sure I didn’t forget to put anything back in it’s place, and no parts appear to be damaged. It’s possible there was damage done to the screen while prying the back cover off (the tool slipped in between the screen and the panel attached to it a few times) but I’m not entirely sure....

I suggest that you start checking your charger, your charging cord and of course your charging port. Make sure that it is clean, no broken or bend pins and no debris in it. Use a USB ammeter to check how many amps your tablet is trying to “pull” ....
Chosen Solution touch pad is not working in my c850 E0011 try pressing f6 or f7 that could enable touchpad, or download driver for touch pad, if that doesnt work go into device manager under keyboard select mice and pointing device right click select uninstall and restart computer windows will automaticly reinstall touchpad. Try pressing FN + F9

It does however come out of the small black drain pipe at the front. Things we have done to resolve this *Removed the pump filter, removed anything in it (there were coins, fluff etc) Checked the pipes and they are clearPut back together , still didn’t work....
Chosen Solution water damaged ipod classic does not work anymore Unfortunately, older iPods and water do not mix well. Sorry to say, but it could be destined for the electronics graveyard. You may want to put it in rice, but I can’t guarantee this will fix the issue. More than likely the mother/logic board was fried, and thus you can either replace that (which I can’t guarantee will bring your device back to life) or chuck it and buy yourself a new iPod....

Chosen Solution I would recommend getting a new battery if you haven’t replaced the battery. If you are looking for a logic board replacement, I would recommend getting a logic board with its paired home button. However, the only downside of getting the logic board without its paired home button is that Touch ID will not work.The color of the phone the logic board is from will dictate what color home button you get(black phones have a black home button, silver phones have a white home button with a silver circle, gold phones have a white home button with a gold circle)....

Chosen Solution hi hinge on acer e1-571 has totally broken the back and top of the plastics on both sides. everything still works. clamps not really going to work as base plastic behind hinge broken off. is their another laptop i can buy as spares repairs and rehouse the main laptop with the current acer screen (and hinge) hinge.. or do i use an expanding foam or something? just to solidify it....
