Chosen Solution Regarding an iPhone 6s Plus, model A1634. The audio connection jack at the bottom of the phone (next to the charging port) does not return to the built in iPhone speaker when an external speaker connector is removed from the female connector port. As a result, the phone remains in “Headphone” mode at all times. What part do I need to replace? It could be a software issue. You could try updating or just restoring the phone all together....

Chosen Solution My display was working all fine until two days ago. Suddenly, the colors started looking bleached, the contrast is weird and the display will show traces of things that aren’t on screen anymore. Other things I tried: when I plug an external display the second display works fine, but the primary screen stays bad. I tried to reset SMC and PRAM already. Chosen Solution So I’m here with a Mid 2015 MacBook Pro 15’’ with dual graphics and I came to this problem where the brightness slider is missing. I can’t seem to adjust the brightness at all with the F1 and F2 keys. Also, when closing the lid, the backlight doesn’t want to come back on, even though it’s in working order. Display doesn’t seem to dim either, it always stay at full brightness no matter what....

Chosen Solution The newer MacBook Pro’s fro 2016 onwards use a press-fit pin into the lid assembly as you can see here So you can’t tighten the lid side, only the body side which is anchored with three screws per side. I would take your system to an Apple Store or authorized dealer to have them replace the display assembly if your system is still under warranty. Sorry the M1/M2 systems all have soldered RAM and Storage (Flash) as you can see here....

Chosen Solution Machine came in due to pull string breaking. Changed the pull string. Now the engine will not fire up. Removed and changed the spark plug, cleaned the carburetor. Still no ignition? These engines have low oil cut out switches on them and when they go bad will cause a no start condition. If you look at the front of the engine you will see a single yellow wire coming from the crankcase to a connector behind the on off switch on the engine....

Chosen Solution I opened the system up, disconnected the battery and put in a charge cable. It hadn’t turned on until then but it did show the orange light for a couple of seconds. I checked with a multimeter, and current seems to be consistent but voltage is all over the place. Is it likely to be a charge port issue or possibly the battery? @playxenoblade we don’t know where you measured for any voltages nor do we know what readings you got....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have a damaged HDD as described in the title. I’ve installed a replacement PCB and it clicks but isn’t recognized in Windows. On investigation, I believe it’s a problem with incompatible BIOS. This board doesn’t have a BIOS chip as described in the majority of guides online and the BIOS is stored inside the Main Controller chip. I need to swap the main controller chip from the damaged board onto the replacement board for it to work so I can retrieve my files....

Chosen Solution So i got a iPhone 6 plus today with the grey bar on top indicating that the touch ic was going bad, or not soldered well. i have replaced the cumulus chip and now i have no grey bar, but the touch is a little less responsive near the letter U if you were texting. or trying to slide backlight brighter 3/4 of the way it stops. Do you think this is a problem with the chip i replaced or is this caused by the mason chip?...

Chosen Solution When I turned TV on, it displayed blue screen, I connected dvd with one connect box, I have sound. When one connect box is disconnected, sometimes I see half-displayed message showing to reconnect one connect box with different multicolor vertical line flickering over the message. Then the whole screen fade to blue. sometime it displayed the blue outright and stay bluish, when connect dvd to it, you could notice change of dark blue to light blure as the movie is playing....
