Chosen Solution While replacing the outer glass panel, I got a couple finger smudges on the LCD screen. What should I use to clean the LCD screen? Spray some windex on your cloth and then clean it. Never spray cleaner directly on to an electrical device. /* gays,,,, that finger prints are inside of the panel.. u giving suggestions to clean out side of the panel…. */ for cleaning inside of the panel, it should be remove once again the panel and clean it carefully....

Chosen Solution This iPhone SE, after reconnecting the 3 touchscreen ribbon cables (digitizer wasn’t working) now has vertical lines on the screen and when pressing on the top left corner (parallel with the cables) the screen flickers. I have reconnected the cables twice now and nothing has changed. Is there anything I can do or do I need a screen replacement? Probably you have to replace the entire LCD module. The best way to know is puttting a new one to be sure....

Chosen Solution Everytime I start my laptop it will either boot okay for around 5 seconds and do what is shown in the video, or boot immediately to a crazy glitching screen as soon as it starts up BIOS. Would a oven reflow do the trick if it is a GPU? Chosen Solution Just wondering what lamination machines people are using to repair broken lcd’s. I was thinking about getting Ak Pro from Hongzhun, although it does have inbuilt debubbler system but i am worried what if the job is not done properly and lcd is left with bubbles after the lamination? Can we then just use just the debubbling function again to remove the bubbles or not? And the 2nd one is TH-108 also from Hongzhun, which also has inbuilt bubble remover but seperately from lamination system, So if the lcd is left with bubbles after the lamination then you can put it in debubbler to remove the bubbles....

Chosen Solution On my screen, at the bottom right corner there’s a black splotch/blob. It started small and slowly is growing, and now my phone has the ghost touch. Whenever I try to type it’ll start pressing all over the screen. What will fix it? And how much will it cost? Chosen Solution Hi, I have Mac Pro mid 2010, 5,1 Quad core. It was working fine since 2010. Few days back it stopped working and a red light near the CPU heatsink appears. I found on forums, that it might be due to dust, so I cleaned with a blower after removing all the parts one by one. After fixing everything back again, it worked fine without any red light. Chosen Solution Trying to help a friend fix his drift stick, however he forgot to mention to me when I started this project that he had hot glued one of the handles on, which makes it so I cannot access the inside of the controller, was wondering if there was a way of removing the handle without resorting to something drastic like cutting it off (I have extra handles). Chosen Solution Dear iFixit community, I was in the process of upgrading my (iMac 21.5" 4k) and whilst I was removing the speaker (for easier access to SATA cable) the cord joining from the power button to the logic board (which travels along the left speaker) cuted. I was not applying much force and am very surprised that it broke. This means I am now unable to power up my iMac....

Chosen Solution I try to change my charging cords to charge up my doss but still no LED light comes on . And idk what happen to my lort because it wont charge . hmmm, what model of doss speaker are you using? Ifixit has a special forum for it kindly refer to this link if it helps. But I think the main problem is on the charger itself a common problem in some devices....

Chosen Solution Can this area be changed? Well, on all iPhones the SIM card goes directly into the logic board. This is technically replaceable, but it is so expensive and difficult that you might be better off buying a new phone. A 16GB logic board for the original iPhone is $300 if you order from this site, a new 16GB iPhone 4 is $200 with contract. If you do decide to replace your own board, more power to you, just make sure that you get the correct model....

Chosen Solution Changed the battery out as I was unable to reset or get it to power on. Red blinking light. New battery… same issue. So I think the speaker is just toast. Yes or no? Pls help. Really love this speaker and I don’t want to spend money I don’t have. Chosen Solution So my 2003 xterra only blows out super hot air on all settings. Is my compressor out? It most likely in NOT your compressor, the a/c compressor is also controlled by a low pressure switch, as well as the power control switch inside the cabin. This low pressure switch keeps the compressor from engaging (coming on) when the freon in the system is low. This happens for safety factors involved with the compressor....

Chosen Solution Hi there The touchscreen of my phone stopped working. I replaced the screen with a new one from iFixit. And it’s still not working. Any ideas??? Regarding the touchscreen, sometimes it worked, sometimes it was totally unresponsive. Hitting the phone on the back did the trick in the beginning, but stopped working. After I replaced the screen, I get the same functionality as before, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t (most of the time actually)....

Chosen Solution So I received my new motherboard with damaged USB 3.1 connector pins on the mobo. Asus was friendly enough to tell me that the warranty provided with the motherboard isn’t actually a warranty, just a useless pamphlet preventing them from being sued, in other words, they won’t do anything. My computer seemed to work fine with the damaged pins, excluding the case USB’s. Well Windows decided it needed a software update and when I came back none of the USB’s work, meaning I can’t use my mouse or keyboard....

Chosen Solution I bought at Walmart (no warranty) VIZIO 55” Class 4K Ultra HD (2160P) HDR Smart LED TV (D55x-G1) back on 11/10/18. The tv turns on/off constantly. I have to unplug the unit. Have replaced fule line a few times and even the clutch once or twice as well as cleaning the carb here and there but at the end of last year I went to use it and it started fin reved up to full then as soon as it took a load by hitting grass shut off....
