Chosen Solution hi Been doing phone repairs for about a year, and am going to be moving house in about a year, i’ll be making sure I have a garage or large shed for me to do my work in. Question is, is it worth partitioning off a section for the phone repairs as a clean room with some sort of filter in there to eliminate dust etc when doing the final process, or make a large white light box with an attachment on the side which I could attach a hoover on to suck the dust away?...

Chosen Solution So I changed screen for a friend of mine the other day, and this was the simplest repair ever. But now the touch id don’t work, I had no problem connecting or removing the cable, there was no damage what so ever. What could it be? Do we need to restore it as new? If you attempt to restore it, the Touch iD fault might cause the phone to brick and bring up the Touch iD Failure error....

Are you sure it actually charged? Try cleaning, maybe some dust or dirt got in the way or the cable is damaged. Also check the contacts between battery and phone....

Chosen Solution There is absolutely no life at all in the TV no power light no sounds no small random led’s on the inside. I already did the standard checks different outlet, unplug and replug. I know its a problem under the hood. I saw a similar problem on here but that was a faulty sensor board. My sensor looks totally fine I also don’t have a remote so it doesn’t matter to me....

Do Some trouble shooting first. all volume and mute button isnt working?is headphone mode onDit you restant your Iphone? If these dont work i suggest replacing the flex cable.

Chosen Solution OMy phone is moving and processing very slowly it sold needs rebooting which apps are safest for an Android Are there no background apps running at present? You can always do a factory reset to restore the phone back to default settings which should fix your issue…

Chosen Solution When I turn the iPad off and back on again, the grayish film goes away and the screen is normal. Are you sure it’s not something with the accessibility options in settings? It sounds software related. If you can’t find anything there then you could try to reset it.

Chosen Solution breville kettle bke820xl Hi @championshowpig , It could be a number of things that are causing the problem. A faulty heater element, a faulty cut off thermostat, a faulty base unit etc. The kettle could be tested to check if the element was OK and if so then the base unit would have to be opened and tested as to what the problem is. The hard part with all this is if there is a faulty part is to get replacement parts if it cannot be fixed any other way e....

Chosen Solution Hi there. I replaced the digitiser on my iPad6. However, there’s a problem that part of the screen in the middle doesn’t respond to touch. Chosen Solution After a full charge. I am able to use the unit. Then when finished I turn it off but it then starts to power back up with the “apple logo” and then shuts off….eight seconds later powers back up with “apple logo” and continues this process until the battery power is drained. I have run trouble shooting programs from Apple website, but this does not correct the problem. Apple suggested I take it to a repair shop....

Chosen Solution As in title, When I try to connect it it physically doesn’t go in far enough to stay in. I tried: poking in port with needle, compressed air. Any ideas? Phone is moto g8 power so what is most likely the issue is you have dirt and stuff in your charge port gunking it up, you can easily remove the gunk.
