I just want the screen but all i’m seeing is a screen plus the LCD and that is way too expensive. $250+. Sorry bud, the front glass/digitizer is fused to the LCD. You cannot separate the LCD and the digitizer without proper equipment and experience. The only thing you can do is replace the entire assembly....

Chosen Solution Have a problem with charging and computer not recognizing the device so thought I would see if replacing it would do the trick. Have you tried a different cable? I’ve noticed that sometimes the pins on the cable get slightly corroded which can cause charging/ data issues. If you’ve already tried a new cable then the issue is most likely the connector inside the iPad (if you’ve tried a different USB port too)....

When it powers off, its getting more difficult to get it to power on each time. butchg12, sounds like your power button is starting to fail. The power button for this model has its separated board and power flex. The part number for that should be NBX0000UR00 and this video should help with the disassembly....

Chosen Solution I accidently hit one of my cats toys and the vacuum quite working. I unplug it and checked that the belt was not broken. The motor runs, but the vacuum will not suck. Is there a second belt somewhere inside that could be broken? Chosen Solution How do I get rid of the translucent box around my bottom apps (the four chosen apps at the bottom of the screen) It depends on your IOS version. There were some bugs that hid it temporarily but that’s it. For a permanent solution you need to jailbreak your device and install a tweak. Chosen Solution I have changed the screen, and no luck still. There is a small portion of the screen that doesnt react to touch, and haven’t been able to fix it. Also checked rechecked connections with screen cables and changed the battery, no luck still. Any ideas? This is very likely a problem with the touch ic chip…which requires mad skill to repair. Jessa Jones is very good at this kind of repair....
