Chosen Solution I accidentally got water into the cyclonic portion of my Dyson alergy. I let it dry from 4 days and now when I use it, it smells like wet dog hair. Is there anyway of removing this smell without replacing the cyclonic canister? Chosen Solution Apple updated and released new Magic accessories for the M1 iMacs, and those have recently become available to purchase as sandalone products. But what Bluetooth version are these devices? I know the older Trackpad 2 is Bluetooth 3.0., so I’m assuming the new ones are at least Bluetooth 4.0. I can’t find any source explaining this and it doesn’t seem ifixit went over this in their M1 iMac teardown....

Chosen Solution just bought voyager and went through set-up. worked fine, used it for 30 minutes and then recharged. later I powered up and it went to the rca logo and then to voyager III screen. There it stayed. not detecting wifi network now so it won’t go to home page. How can I make it recognize wifi again? Test it by moving right next to your WiFi modem to see if the network name appears....

Chosen Solution Some of the things I did include: 1- Un-synch playlist and re-download to device. 2- Remove individual track from playlist and re-add 3- Move track position in downloaded playlist 4- Scroll manually through track to force app to play at later point after skip area. 5- Delete all files and app data from App Settings and then re-downloaded playlists Options 1 through 4 did nothing to resolve issue. Option 5 fixed this for me....

Chosen Solution Hi All, I am doing repairs on mostly Apple devices. Can’t help that when replacing the full housing, the dock connecter breaks. Not physically, but the iPhone gives common reboot issues. This can be fixed by replacing the dock connector. But that’s not what I want. Any advice on how to remove the dock connector flex properly so it won’t break. What are the sensitive parts? I use heat and isopropanol now and a spudger....

Chosen Solution Recently i cleaned my mouse with C4C contact cleaner for electronic. After that the mouse pointer is not working, however the clicks are working fine. It is possible the the CRC contact cleaner has reacted with the lens plastic. If the lens is milky coloured this would be the case. The lens should be clear plastic.

Chosen Solution On the camera screen, there is a black line going horizontally across the screen. What is wrong with the screen and what steps must I take to fix this problem? This could simply be the result of damage or debris on the lens and have nothing to do with the LCD screen. Visit the troubleshooting guide for help determining your exact issue. Chosen Solution I replaced my digitizer because the glass was cracked. The new digitizer looks very different on the connector part. Chosen Solution Accidentally dropped phone in water for a very short period of time. Dried phone out throughly with rice, etc. Phone powers on, will sync, will play music with headphones, will ring and display messages but touchscreen will not work. Sounds like a bad digitizer, you can replace it for around $70, for the part. If you don’t want to do a complex repair, you can instead replace the more expensive display assembly....
