I made a factory reset (service menu mute + 182 + power) and the bars disappeared, but the colors became saturated and dark. Sometimes when turning on the tv the bars come back, but not like before the reset. Chosen Solution My micromax a311 phone display has got very dim due to immersion in water pool. @abhi231085 hopefully you cleaned your phone and all its components with at least 90%+ isopropyl alcohol. you need to tell us more about this water damage and what you did after. Right now it appears as if you are having backlight issues. This could be an issue with the LCD as well as the SMD components on the logicboard....

The repair went great other than that aspect and I don’t want to return it to my customer without that piece. I think it’s a cover for the speaker but i’m not sure exactly....

Later that night, she mentioned that the volume doesnt work and is always on silent yet she gets vibrations. I always replace screens and they always work. Tried resetting all kinds of things but did not help.
