The commercial waffle makers are usually the ones that have the cast iron plates and are not Teflon coated. If unsure, use a magnet. If it sticks it’s cast iron if not it’s cast aluminium

I know Apple says that they’re good for 1000 cycles, but wondered if anyone else had seen such an outlier? Time for a new battery for sure! Chosen Solution I’ve replaced the HDD, the board, and the battery(Twice) and I cannot get this thing to boot. When I initially replaced the first battery I was able to get into diag but it died and it will never charge (even though sometimes it would show the charging symbol). After fiddling with it for a while I assume I killed the battery beyond its low charging point so I decided since I got the exclamation point folder icon to try and new logic board....

Even with just one of these two cables connected, I have done all tests and seems all functions are working. I replaced the tcon board and it didn’t fix it. any ideas? seeing as you replaced the TCON it might be the flex but most likely its a panel failure small chance its the actual display driver but doubtful

Chosen Solution The upper “shaft” part of the agitator of my Whirlpool toploader doesn’t spin, but the base “disc” part does. It still performs the spin cycle just fine. I’m used to being able to spin the “shaft” part of the washer freely in one direction, IIRC, but if I spin it the other way it engages the “disc” part of the agitator, and maybe the tum as well, and spins it all together....
