Chosen Solution @jda3 that looks like it’s a bad main board. You will have to remove the back of your TV and take a look at all the ribbon cables as well as check for obvious damage to the boards. Check for charred components, leaking or domed looking capcitors etc. It is of course also possible that this is a failed panel. Post some images of your boards with your question so we can see what you see....

Some spec about my mac (A1278) before I proceed to the issue: 8+8 GB DDR3 RAM 480 GB Crucial BX SSD (it is currently in Optical Bay, since my HDD flex cable is not working and the original HDD slot is empty). i5 processor, 13" display (non retina) So the issue is when I try to install Mac OS High Sierra or above (till Catalina), it takes 15-20 mins and then I see an error as ‘An error occurred while trying to verify firmware’ and not allowing me to pass the OS installation....

Chosen Solution 1995 Electric E-Z-Go Golf Cart, 36 volt. All 6 Batteries reading 6+volts, power gauge on dash reads Full. Engage key, place in Forward and depress accelerator…result= Cart moves slowly for about 1 mile, power gauge on dash decreased to low…BUT …I immediately re-verify each battery and all 6 still show 6+ volts… could this be a problem with the Solenoid ? Chosen Solution Yesterday I replaced the charging port and also the screen. before changing the screen i tested the phone out with another old screen. This screen had a different touch ID. Then I swapped back in the original plate with the original home button cable on it, and the touch id didn’t work anymore. Could affected this test with a different touch id?
