Chosen Solution My battery is pretty much dead so I’m most likely going to crack her open soon. In the past I tried to drop a 40 GB hard drive in there, but I couldn’t get the iPod to recognize it. I might be willing to try it again. Anyone have any success with this? Also, I might not. There is a line in the display and every once in a while it just freaks out and instead of playing songs, it just skips to the next one....

It vibrated once when I first got it but I decided to replace the vibrator motor as I couldn’t get it to do it again. I checked the settings to make sure they were on, restored the phone and confirmed the settings had it on vibrate and still nothing....
Chosen Solution Will replacing the Mother Board fix my water damaged Note 3? It all depends on how badly the corrosion on the phone is. You can always use some isopropyl alcohol to remove the corrosion on the battery connectors and other parts that show sign of corrosion. This will usually do the trick for you and save you a lot of money. replacing the mother board might not always fix the phone because other components might have signs of corrosion....
Chosen Solution I recently found out that my iPhone 5 has suffered water damage after it would not charge even though it was indicating that it was charging, in the end it just ran out of power and would not power up. I sent it off to have it looked at by apple and they diagnosed that it was water damaged. As I’m out of warranty and i still have 11 months on my contract i thought id have a go and attempt to fix it....

I connected the phone to a laptop, and iTunes just responds correctly as if it is a normal iPhone, displaying its information, contents in memory, etc. But there is nothing on the iPhone screen. Chosen Solution I had an issue with the vents of my MacBook. I’ve opened it and used a vacuum cleaner to get rid of the dirt and dust inside the coooling system. After that my vents worked like a charm again - but I seem to have caused an issue with the LCD screen. When I hold the MacBook with both hands and twist the bottom, the LCD backlight at the bottom of the screen bleeds in two variations and the whole screen is in general switching between bright and rather dim....

Chosen Solution Replacing a Verizon iPhone 4 home button (read: taking it apart entirely). Flipped it over to take off the screen and two small pieces fell out. One was the rubber bumper that sits atop the logic board. The other is a tiny, 1mm x 1mm x 2mm black plastic bit (see photo). Anyone know where it goes? It goes on the Dock connector, between the mic and the home button connector, in the hole made for the yellow mic cable....

Even rechargeable batteries have a life span. Replacement batteries (example only to show cost) are available online. Just search for RCA Voyager III battery to find suppliers that suit you. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any good teardown or battery replacement videos or guides to help....
Chosen Solution Phone will not send photos as a message or receive them, either from camera or gallery maybe it a setting that has been changed. try looking in settings on your phone to see if you can find it Depending on your message app, you may need to link the photo to the app before you can append it to a message. The native camera and message apps don’t seem to automatically do this....

Chosen Solution On my Panisonic Technics record player the speed on the player is inconsistent causing a wobble sound. Speed test showed normal speed and about half to 2/3 rotation the speed slows down and then goes back to normal again. The process repeats. What is the problem? And how do I fix it?
