Chosen Solution i can get calls but cant make one Hi @etingle , Just verifying that you have paid the phone bill. Some providers still allow incoming calls if the account goes into arrears. Not implying anything, just a thought. Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if you can make an outgoing call OK. If you can then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one....
Chosen Solution Hey folks. My mid-2012 MBP’s USB 3.0 ports are not working for any of my 2.0 devices. Both ports work with my 3.0 external HD though. I’ve done an SMC and PRAM reset multiple times already. Apple Hardware Test came back all clear. Of the 2.0 devices that I’ve tried, the ones with power LED’s appear to be getting power from the ports as the LEDs are lighting. However, they cannot send or receive data....

Apply Kapton (Yellow non-conductive) tape to surrounding componentsUse thick metal objects that absorb heat well like a penny / coin (if needed) Pre-heating the board to something like 80°C will make it easier to remove the component being heated....

Chosen Solution Hi guys. My son’s Xbox One Afterglow controller’s left thumbstick button will not click when the thumbstick is pushed forward. This is super annoying when trying to play Battlefield 1, because that happens to be the run button. Couple of things : I dunno how the damage was done, my son did it and he’s pleading the fifth… The button does click on almost all other positions and there seems to be no catchiness in the movement of the thumbstick....

Chosen Solution I tried to remove the hinge plastic on my A1495, so I can tighten the screws under the plastic, but with my metal pliers it would not want to come off when I tried prying from the left. Eventually, after using enough force, it just cracked from about 1/6th the way in (as shown in the picture below) I am unsure what I did wrong, it just would not move after a certain point, and the very few tutorials showing this didn’t show what to try if that happens....
