Chosen Solution Please help !! My Tab has an unusual problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy 2014 10.1in Tab. I have tried all the hard reset options of Power button + Volume keys. Screen turns ON and works normally after the restart. However if the screen locks out or if I lock it, the screen will not show a display even after I press the home button or power button. The battery is almost 100% and I know the screen is ON because I can feel the haptic feedback when I try to swipe my pattern (I know location of pattern on screen even when it is blank)....

Chosen Solution I have no USB connection to my PC,only charging,but can’t download photos etc. Already changed USB cable and different ports on PC Some devices (like Andriod phones) will only do file transfers to PCs if you enable it on the device first. Perhaps you were able to download the files from your phone to your PC at one point because the “file transfer” function was on. Have you checked the “file transfer” feature?...

Chosen Solution My Samsung ue43j5500ak smart tv suddenly started developing vertical colour line on the bottom half of the screen. If there is still image displaying slowly the lines will change colour and form elongated outlines depending of the objects on the screen. Did anyone had such an issue like that? What could be causing it? I have already cleaned the boards inside, unplugged and plugged all connectors, but issue still remains....

Chosen Solution So I water damaged my phone after using it in a pool and getting it splashed a few times. The screen went off when I was using it while it was still responding to my touch (I could turn the flash on/off). I put it in rice to suck up any moisture. It dried but the water damage indicator turned pink inside the sim tray slot. When I plugged it in to charge the display was back on and it was showing the low battery signal....

Chosen Solution I have 1997 F250 300 cid 6cyl, 4.9L with multiport Fuel injection gas. Behind the Dorman 594-391 harmonic balancer damper is where the pulse ring crankshaft position reluctor wheel. Is there a product number for the pulse ring including 3 points aluminum and it attach to the damper with 3 bolts. @keepiner , Rex Haislip, I did spend some time on this and found very little to match your year and engine, may be best to contact Dorman products at the link below or call the Ford dealer parts department....

Chosen Solution I was wondering which accelerometer chip is used inside Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (SM-T350). Everywhere I can find it is K2HH Acceleration (STM) ver1. It looks like a STMicroelectronics chip. However, I couldn’t find the part number since K2HH is not a part number. Thanks! @mokhoo the accelerometer should be Samsung part number 1209-002275

Chosen Solution What in the new MacBook Pro is upgradeable and is the storage (flash storage) also upgradeable Not much - yet according to http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/ma…. The RAM is not. With a yet another new “proprietary” drive, a 3rd party replacement will most likely be available at some point…(and OWC leads the way in this sort of thing) but nothing yet.’ My advice if you jump on one of these now go the factory upgrade route - don’t plan on buying a basic model and upgrading it yourself....

Chosen Solution My current display is broken but still working, I got isopropyl alcohol inside the display from cleaning it. Touch still works but a visible purple mark still stands. Chosen Solution I have a HP Pavilion 550-235na, I tried upgrading to 8GB (4GBx2) ands when I put the second stick of 4GB in, it boots up but only registers the original 4GB, when I take both sticks out of the system and install the new one, it just beeps. I bought the exact same ram as the original and tried to install it so I’m pretty sure it’s compatible. Please help!...

Chosen Solution Hello, i got a dysfunctional Iphone 5s from my friend, who said he couldn’t use it anymore because it kept restarting. Formerly he thought it was a battery, which we changed. But then it was getting worse, it was uncontrollable, it was just possible to extract the data via cable. Now what it does, restarts in approximately constant 03:30 sec intervals, while the bottom right quadrant(viewed from the side of the display) is getting considerably hot over time....

Hi @bobwinfield , Have you tried adjusting the TV’s sound settings to check if you can improve the sound quality? Chosen Solution There is a loose metal tab which is preventing any thunderbolt device from connecting properly. This appears to be an assembly issue as all I’ve done is use external hard drives or tethered cameras. I’m being quoted £600 to replace the logic board which is outrageous. Is there a a cheaper fix? What happened is a cable was inserted which for some reason snagged the connectors contact (which is what you are seeing)....

Just 2 years old, out of warranty and Le Pan wants 50-200 $ plus shipping to fix. It’s possibly an easy fix if I can safely open to determine whether anything is disconnected. Thanks! Chosen Solution My laptop suddenly started to experience problems with the trackpad and keyboard for no apparent reason. At first the trackpad responded poorly and after just a few minutes it practically stopped working at all. Now the cursor cannot be moved and clicking by tapping does not do anything. However, clicking seems to work sometimes when actually pressing the touchpad, which gives the “click” sound. Additionally, sometimes the trackpad is not found at all in system preferences....

Chosen Solution I made the exchange of the complete display of the original iphone from one iphone to another, but the true tone option disappeared, what happens? This is expected when replacing the screen on the iPhone X.
