Chosen Solution My friend has a flat iron that seems to have a burn resistor its a CROC 1.5 inch Classic Turbo ion Infrared. I have some pictures but i cant seem to find the right resistor. from what i can tell the colors are black,white,Gray/silver (not sure),Brown i think. @draknoid Lets go with what you think black,white,Gray/silver (not sure),Brown i think. We go to start from the left Brown =1 Gray/silver=8 white = 9 black = 1 (that is the multiplier)....

Chosen Solution Ive already opened up the mechanism deck and replaced the drive belt on it then soldered it back up but it still won’t move. Any suggestions? @Shiny Krookodile If you take the belt off the motor can you spin it easily by hand? Does it turn when power is on and the belt is off it? Check if capacitor C602 is OK - see location near the motor in the schematic ;-)

Chosen Solution When inserting the sim battery performance is very very less suddenly phone is switch off please give me suggestions @kishortanguturi could be a bad battery but could also be an issue with your service/software. Try a new sim card from your service provider and then re-evaluate. also, place your phone in safe mode and see if it still drains the battery. If it does not then you have some software that drains it....

Chosen Solution I want to replace the plug on my gamecube controller. But when I look for gamecube controller connector plugs, I can’t find any. So where can I buy a connector plug? A.C airco I assume you are speaking off the connector at the end of the controller cable. It is a bit difficult to find and could also be an intricate repair. I would suggest that you replace the complete cable instead....

Chosen Solution Yes I’ve pressed all the buttons that is in the instruction book, and no I’m not hard of hearing, I would just like to listen to a CD and to be able hear an audible sound. try a different set of headphones, also check the connection and make sure its fully seated.

Chosen Solution I dropped my iPod causing the sound to be low even though the volume is on the maximum level. Can this be repaired? This could be a number of issues, most likely a damaged logic board or headphone jack, both of which can be replaced. See this iFixit guide.

Chosen Solution Hi Any one experiencing Touch ID not working on iphone 6 after a screen replacement since IOS 10 was released. I have replaced 100’s of screen with no issues with the touch ID. I have now done two iphone 6 with IOS 10 on them and both have non-functioning touch ID. This look like it might be a similar issue as last year with error 53. I’ve done many 6, 6S, 6S+ screen swaps and never had an issue....

Chosen Solution When I after 1 day light touch of the screen is disabled and appears horizontal or vertical line. And by lowering the limit light up. Touch is reactivated. Where is the problem? Please help me ! I think you have to buy a new screen, but you can try to disconnect and reconnect the screen flex cables.

Chosen Solution Got a customer phone came in. It keeps showing messages, saying it can’t do things. Everything from keyboard, to can’t open an app. Trying to restore it, but it won’t go to the LG logo, and it’s getting hit by the buttons EDIT: Ok, so figured out the reset part. But it’s still getting hot hey Bro, i got the same problem, i send the cell hpone to the seller and they said was a main card, that give the trouble, now i was watching in a russians page they change the LION Batery for a new one, and it works, i cant find one and then i just chance the cellphone for a new one, you can try with a Friend Batery some one said to me was fake, but i try something, i charge the batery with and old Batery charger (with 2 Wires in the input, with 3A output (overloading obiusly isnt good idea for a long)) and put in on the cell phone and the G3 work good 4 a couple of days… then it die again… try that bro may be will work PS: i change the software maybe 16 time, diferents download areas, and nothing work, for that i can tell you isnt the software

Chosen Solution I have MacBook Pro 2009 A1278 that boots up and makes the booting sound, but screen stays black with no picture on it. Also, the laptop turns on only if the power cord is plugged in, if I unplug the cord and close the lid it stays on, but then if I open it to see the screen - it turns off. I’ve checked the screen against the light from the back, and there is no picture on the display....

Chosen Solution Sometimes the purple blotches goes away after a few minutes. Sometimes it doesn’t. Typically occurs after using my TV more than a couple of times a week.I’ve opened up the back, and none of the capacitors appear to be leaky or bulging. Edit: @qwerty_space since yours is a plasma Tv it is not as straightforward. What your videos are showing plus the fact that “blotches goes away after a few minutes”, would lead me to believe that this is an issue with the Z-sustain and/or the Y-sustain boards or buffer boards....

Chosen Solution I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro a few years ago. It started to run slow recently so I want to buy larger RAM. I realized only one memory slot is filled, with an 8GB. When checking for compatibility, my processor isn’t listed. Would this matter when purchasing new RAM? Also, if the Apple support page lists max 8GB, does that mean I can have two 8GB, or have to have two 4GB?...

Chosen Solution I have VT 9111 900 MHz cordless wall phone. When i try to use a replacement handset even with new batteries i get continuous red flashing lights. If i put the same batteries in my current handset, they are fine, so it’s not a charging issue. What do the red lights mean? Chosen Solution I have seen the answers to this include, probably repaired with a bad digitizer, try a new one, but this is the original screen that had no problems. Is it possible for the adapter to be seated incorrectly and a middle vertical not work? Seems odd. Any thoughts before I take it apart again appreciated. Hi This seems very strange but there is a verity of things it could be 1)it could be a bad connection due to it not being seated properly 2) it could be damage to the connector however if you look at both connectors (cable and board ) it should be fairly obvious if something is bent out or deformed 3) it could be some invisible dirt that our human eyes can see that needs cleaned off with a cotton bud and some isopropyl alcohol If you try what I have mentioned and still have no luck please let me know and we can look into it further Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)...

Okay, so you are looking for a teardown of a “homedics massage chair model HMC500” and no, it does not look like anybody has done this. Not often that anybody tears down a $2700 massage chair unless there is a specific reason for it....
