Chosen Solution My USB keyboard (Razer Cynosa Chroma) registers AS when pressing A and QW when pressing W. I tried changing type and language but nothing works. Here’s an example of previous sentence wrote without correcting: I tried chasnginctype asnd lasnguasge but nothing qworks. OK, that only leaves the battery as the cause! What can happen is the battery swells up pressing on the keyboard and its cable causing it to fail....
Chosen Solution It’s was firstly was in headphone knob but it is now also in monitor knob It doesn’t make any issue in recording but it is really annoying Volume controls are potentiometers, aka “pots”. The have a slider that moves over a conductive arc. Grit can cause bad contact. You can get “pot cleaner” spray like Deoxit to clean them. Sometimes you can remove the knobs an spray in from the front, other times you need to take the case off the equipment to get the spray into the pot....

Chosen Solution Ipad screen suddenly started flickering and going on/off randomly. Put it on charge overnight and haven’t been able to boot it up since. Logo eventually comes up, but the background is like a kind of check pattern almost little black lines broken up with white gaps…any ideas? Have you tried a forced restart?

When I did, the actual power button (not the button housing) was pulled out of the button housing. When I tried to slide it back into the housing, it was loose and would not stay in place. Chosen Solution this screen is cracked and prevents any finger glide reaction. @dbwho503 the reason for that is that your digitizer most likely cracked as well. Replace the complete display assemblies. Those are around $100USD at places like this and many others. Here is the guide for it so you can do it yourself.

Chosen Solution Tried already 2 new LCDs, but somehow after some time touch do not work. Sometimes its work after forced reset, sometimes its gonna work itself. I do not have idea whats wrong. Seems like touch IC needs to be reballed??? It’s definitely the touch IC and you don’t want to reball anything. You want to replace it completely. If you have micro soldering experience then this should not be a hard repair....
