Chosen Solution I replaced a cracked Iphone 6 screen with an aftermarket only to get that Touch ID failed. I’ve done all the resets, restores, etc to no avail. At one point I was able to get to the fingerprint screen but when I put my finger on the button, nothing would register on the screen. My question is, is there any way to know if it’s the home button flex cable that’s the culprit or the extension cable behind the plate other than trying a new extension cable?...
Chosen Solution touch screen stopped working, no cracks in the screen and didn’t drop in water it just stopped. Have you taken the device apart to verify that there is no water damage? If you disassemble the device and there is no water damage, I would order a new screen to rule out a part problem. If the new screen still dont work then you should find a microsolder tech....

Have you tried using different signal sources e.g. dvd player, different input types e.g. Composite video, HDMI, RF etc to prove whether the problem is in the TV or not? With the TV on and audio heard, try shining a torch at an angle close to the screen and check for images on the screen....

Chosen Solution Hello, So I have problem on my Mac with usb ports. First USB port(left one on the side) doesn’t work at all, it doesn’t give any signal. Another USB port is barely working. With external hard drive in it it shows me error “usb accessories disabled - unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable usb devices” but hard drive is spinning and lightning. When I plug my phone, it starts charging it but not showing up on desktop....
Chosen Solution Hi, I have a samsung smart tv UN40ES6100FXZC, 5 years old that just started showing a vertical line on the right side of the screen and general pixelated noise throughout the screen. This only seems to be happening on HDMI input. When I loadup the Smart Hub screen, it looks normal. Sounds like the AV (Audio Video Board) is failing. Removed the rear panel and replacing that should resolve your issue....
Chosen Solution My washer had stopped part way through the wash cycle. The first thing I did was inspect the load of one set of queen sheets. They were kind of twisted so I straightened them out, thinking the machine might come back on. No luck. Checked the circuit breaker on our main panel but it wasn’t tripped. I reset it anyway and the machine made a click sound. Turned the machine back on and it went back to working....

Wi-Fi antennas on iPhones are generally connected at the top left of the logic board. Sometimes an antenna may not be connected properly or the screws are not in the right spots which may not allow the antenna on the housing to contact properly with the logic board antenna contacts....

You know you can build a replacement by yourself. It is not as complicated or dangerous as you may thing. Take a couple of good pictures and post those with your question. Chosen Solution I recently bought this ds4 controller to see if i can fix it. clicking the ps button and plugging in a charge cable both give 3 fast blinking orange lights and then turns off. Do I just need to replace the home button itself or the entire digitizer as well? Thanks! Turn off your device and apply a very little rubbing alcohol to the home button , then press in and wiggle the button . Sometimes dirt can get in and make it stick ....
