Chosen Solution How do I get the volume not to show on the screen all of the time Check for a leaky tact switch. You can do this by unsoldering the switches controlling the volume up and down on the keypad in the TV, not the remote, and swap them with the ones that control the channel up and down. (or just replace the two tact switches controlling the volume with new ones) If that does not change the condition, check for a pinched wire harness going from the keypad to the main board....

Chosen Solution the wi fi button on tablet not going on found this: Internal SD Memory the Path /data/misc/wifi/ the File named wpa_supplicant.conf is having issue. Not going to guess what what was done on your side only that wifi cannot read that file so it just shuts off. you need root to view this file, I suggest renaming it, reboot then enable wifi again and it will create a new one....

Chosen Solution I was going to save for a new macbook, but it’s too expensive, I already upgraded the ssd to 1tb/battery, if big sur patch works stable I might get a logic board w/ 8gb ram/2.0ghz. Anything that says new from 2012 is a refurb right? Their store says they have 345 pieces of the item, how’d they get so many? Macpalace and those places I don’t trust after reading bad reviews....

Chosen Solution I have a Kenmore top mount refrigerator, model 253.6292, 6 years old. The freezer section is auto defrost. Yesterday I noticed the fridge sometimes makes ticking sounds that come from the temperature control panel inside the fridge section. The same ticking sounds also seem to come from inside the back wall of the freezer section (right top corner). From reading about how fridges work, I concluded that the ticking sound quite possibly come from a timer that controls the fridge, perhaps the defrost cycle since the ticking sound also comes from behind the freezer wall....

Chosen Solution I just replaced iPhone 5s complete display assembly, screen comes on but touch functions do not work at all!, can’t even shutoff phone. What could be the issue? I would strongly suggust check your connections to make sure you have a proper connection and to see if there is any obvious damage to the flex able. If one connection is loose, this can cause touch issues. You can also clean the connection with a toothbrush....

Chosen Solution Working on a 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport 3.7 liter 4x4. I believe the shift cable is either stuck or broken somewhere because it will not allow me to change gears. I tried moving the cable by hand inside the vehicle and it won’t budge. I try to move shifter and it will move but the the metal part inside cable isn’t moving. I got under the vehicle and can move the shift lever by hand and the metal part inside the cable is moving but it won’t move at the shifter...

She asked first (a year ago) in a store and they told her that her cellphone was dead due to the logic board was damaged. It didn’t give me that impression, so I offered myself to have a look at it. iTunes recognized the cellphone, so the logic board was working (that was my thought). Then I replaced the screen and it worked, but the iPhone got stucked in the apple logo, and iTunes asked me to update/restore....

Chosen Solution Now the amoled display almost looks like my iPhone but worse, even in 1440p with highest resolution it looks washed out. I can see streaks when I turn down the brightness, is there anyway to fix besides getting a whole new screen, or is it the LCD? You may have gotten liquid/water underneath the lcd. Try waiting a few days depending on the liquid you used it will dry out....

Before I replace the new screen for customer, I always test the new screen, pluging the LCD and digitizer and turn it on, testing the screen. So today a customer with a cracked 5S screen came in, I did the same thing. The new screen works great. I put camera and home button on, and install the screen, turn it on....

Chosen Solution My new Sony FDR ax53 viewfinder display only uses about 70% of the available space. You can actually see internal parts of the camera. It looks like it has a picture frame around it. This seems wrong. Basically like watching a TV with the screen size reduced by 30%. If anyone has this model please see if yours is like this. Maybe that’s the way they’re made. Sure looks odd....

Chosen Solution My laptop has always done this: when I boot it up with it connected to its AC adapter, I can hear the fan start up and it makes all the “normal" sounds indicating it’s starting up, but the screen is completely black. When it’s NOT plugged into the AC adapter and I hit the power button, there’s no problem. It’s really annoying because let’s say I’ve got my laptop charging, and then I decide to start it up - If I hit the power button BEFORE remembering to unplug it first from its adapter, then it starts up with the screen all black....

Chosen Solution I saw in last month these year som flickering after I open display or I typed. Then show up black line at bottom display. Then more and more, maybe because it was more warm outside. Last week I have macbook in room, normal temperature, and came back after 30min and lines flickering like shadow on full display was added. I connect it with HDMI and it is OK, screen mirroring is OK too but that is just software thing I think....

Chosen Solution So I’ve been working with backlight recently and can’t find a lot of information on mesa boost ic’s purpose. For example I have an iPhone 6 plus with no backlight at all. Judging by circuit since there’s two diodes and two drivers and two coils and only 1 mesa boost ic, the mesa boost ic could be the culprit. No shorts and have checked all filters. To my understanding if one half of the screen is dim or black and other is working it’s one side of the circuit including diode, coil and driver....
