It made a lot popping sound and even when I plug it in a 110v converter it would not work so I opened up the power brick and saw some small yellow stains on the board. Update (01/21/2020) This is a picture of the MSATA port on the motherboard OUCH - it’s half height mSATA! Half height comes in much worse capacities (relative to full size mSATA, which is the size of a industry standard WWAN card) so your options are limited here....

Chosen Solution Panasonic Tc-p60vt60 When plugged in instantly turns on to the smart viera screen and will not change. Even if unplugged I can not change inputs or anything. No control. If you hold power down on the TV for 10 sec it will power off and then come back to the same smart viera screen. any suggestions? This sounds to me like a power supply problem. Chosen Solution I recently bought a used Dell 5510 and it worked fine for the first couple weeks and suddenly it started getting hot below the top edge of the touchpad. I took the battery out and ordered a new one thinking that must be the problem. It was not, as it still was getting hot, too hot to rest your palm on it when typing. The seller recommended replacing the thermal paste on both the cpu, and the gpu, but I’m not positive where they are located....

Chosen Solution Hi all, I have bought a MBP Retina mid 2014 that has suffered liquid damage. The laptop works fine however it will not turn on when the internal battery is connected. I have tried changing the battery with no results. It works fine when connected to a charger. Have you every faced this problem? If so did you find a solution to it? Kind Regards, Michael my first suggestion would be to replace the battery, but seing as you have done that; water damage has likely caused damage to a PLD used to process the battery....
