That means the phone is currently in factory mode. Chances are the EFS partition got corrupted on your phone meaning your sim card will not work on that phone unless the EFS partition is repaired. If quite stuck, use a heat gun/hairdryer to heat up around the battery compartment door latch area(carefully heat, not excessive) and then try opening may have to pry a little while sliding/pushing the buttons to open position. The buttons remain unlit and there are no words displayed on the screen or sound projected from the speaker. It shows no response to my efforts. I’ve looked on the web for the button for the Galaxy Grand NEO (GT-i9060). I cannot find it. You may try calling Samsung and seeing if they can ship you a button for it.
